Digital Downloads
All products sold by Vintage Samples are digital downloads. Once your order is confirmed and the files have been made available to you, the purchase is considered final.
Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the download link has been sent or the files have been accessed. This policy is in line with UK consumer law governing digital content (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing a digital product and not a physical item.
- You waive your right to cancel once the download has begun.
- You understand that no refunds or exchanges will be issued after delivery.
Faulty or Incomplete Downloads
If you experience technical issues downloading or opening your files, please contact us at support@vintagesamples.co.uk within 7 days of purchase.
We will gladly:
- Re-send your download link, or
- Provide an alternative format if available, or
- Repair or replace any file found to be faulty or incomplete.
We aim to resolve all technical issues promptly.
International Orders
Our digital products are available for instant download worldwide.
All prices are listed in GBP (£), and any currency conversion or international payment fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
This refund policy applies equally to all customers, regardless of country of residence.
